We select houses, and through modest or extensive rehab, our expert renovation crews transform those old houses into new quality homes.

We offer homes and multi-unit properties that are available for purchase or rent.

We are currently offering Investors an opportunity to partner with us to help improve our communities.

At this time we are offering potential Investors an annual return of 9%. We require Investor deposits in the amount of $25,000.00, or in multiples of $10,000.00.
