Pastor Otis Bio

Rev. Otis W. Cutler Jr. is Pastor and Founder of Rebirth Ministries.
His commitment to the enhancement of God’s Kingdom on earth has manifested itself in his loyal attention to the daily activities and services of the congregation, as well as the pervasive impact of the church on community development initiatives and ecumenical outreach.

Rebirth Ministries, led by Rev. Cutler is dedicated to moving forward in faith for the maintenance and expansion of its continuing Christian mission. Through God’s guidance the membership of Rebirth Ministries has embraced the theme, "A Church Determined to Bridge the Gap

Through Excellence in Ministry." It is to this end that Rebirth Ministries is committed to empower people in their, "Faith, Family, and Finances." Rev. Cutler is also the founder of the Rebirth Development Corporation, L.L.C. which is an organization that has developed $1 million dollars worth of residential housing for moderate to low income families in Baltimore and he continues to guide and support the daily operation of this for profit organization.

Rev. Cutler is a native of Baltimore, Maryland. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy with a concentration in Religious Studies from Morgan State University, where he graduated with departmenatal honors. Rev. Cutler is taking the Word seriously as it states, "study to show thy self approved.." whereby he is currently pursuing his Master's of Theology Degree from the Howard University School of Divinity. In addition, he has ambitions to continue his education by pursuing his Doctorate of Ministry from Princeton Theological Seminary.

Rev. Cutler is proud to have served as a member of the United States Marine Corps, where he was a member of the distinguished color guard. Rev. Cutler has also hosted a weekly radio talk show in the Baltimore area on mortgage financing and he is currently in the process of writing his first book. In addition, he is also employed as a lobbyist who primarily concentrates his efforts on Capitol Hill.

In addition, to his professional and religious avocations, Rev. Cutler is also a member of Pastor's for Peace in the City, and Kingdom Association of Covenant Pastor's. He is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated.

Rev. Cutler is married to his committed partner in ministry, Tiffani and he has four children, Sierra, Destinee, Brandon and Milan.
